Harley Quinn Inspired Tutu Dress Set includes:
- Tutu and Top
- collar
- headpiece
- ribbon cuffs
Skirt is made of 4 layers of red and black premium quality The top is made in a corset form to adjust to your child. Around the neck is a removable felt collar, and the cuffs are tied on with a ribbon to match.
Headpiece can be attached to a black headband, or large alligator clip.
What could be more adorable than your princess wearing this darling dress for Halloween, a Super Hero birthday party, photos or playing dress up and having tons of fun!
Due to the high demand for these please allow 2 weeks for delivery of your tutu.
Please note that our dresses and skirts are not lined. We do recommend a half slip, tutu dress slip, tights, leggings or shorts underneath for modesty.

Once your order has left our office and is scanned by the USPS, ShellieBellie e is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, misdelivered, or damaged packages. It is the Buyer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address when making a purchase. We will not ship to an alternate address after your order has been placed.
If you believe your parcel has been stolen or misdelivered, please contact your local post office. Also ask your neighbors, sometimes packages get dropped off on the wrong porch or mailbox. If you see your mailman, let them know your tracking information and that you suspect a theft or missed delivery.
